Most of the lots in my store must be purchased in bulk of 10 pieces. I received
a message from a buyer stating that he cannot purchase any lot from my store
that contains less than 10 pieces because it mandates that he buys 10 pieces
but there's less than 10 in the lot.
I'm not sure what problem he is having or how to help him, because I receive
orders from buyers who have purchased bulk 10 lots with less than 10 total parts
in the lot without any problem.

Ask them how they create their carts. I think there’s been messages about how
it didn’t work well with Auto-select / EasyBuy.
