Hi everyone I'm a long-time buyer but a new seller. Is selling to Canada
easy. should I avoid it. Is there anything I should be cautious aboutif I decide
to sell outside of US? I know that's pretty general but any advice would
be appreciated. I've sold legos for years but as much as I love bricklink,
its much more confusing than another selling sites. any thoughts or opinions
will be great thanks

the main thing is never ever ship to Canada with UPS. usps is fine but never
UPS. they charge crazy high fees to the receiver so even tho it looks like a
cheap shipping option the buyer paying $80 in extra fees is not unheard of. in
general shipping from the USA to Canada is about $15-$20 USD so you might get
some orders but its not going to be a massive market.

You can ship there pretty easily, hit the usps costs are ridiculous. 2-3 ounces
starts at nearly $16 from the US. Not too many Canadians are going to give up
bags of milk and poutine to pay those costs for shipping.
