| Why is it some of my customers have problems with shipping..."no shipping
method available", when I do offer shipping anywhere.

Maybe it'd help if you'd define "some of my customers have problems"?
Like Buyers Country, total amount (roughly), type (sets, minifigures, parts)...?
That could be some limits you put in your Shipping Methods, like max amount,
max weight, size, lots, Countries, or missing band rates... all this making BrickLink
not being able to find a corresponding Shipping Method.

Do you have "Seller protection Show only Instant Checkout methods to new
buyers." enabled? That could cause problems for new members if their order
cannot use an instant checkout shipping method.

Good idea! But he only has PayPal (on site) as paiment method, so it's not
this.
Seller has to search a bit on his/her side also

Do you have any lots tagged as Manual for the shipping calculation method
? If a buyer is having problems checking out, ask what items are in their shopping
cart. Then go look at those lots for missing size/weights.
