I've found a new mold 4367 for
 
Part No: 32606 Name: Plant Flower with Bar and Small Pin Hole

in set

Sets: Creator: Creator Expert: Modular Buildings Collection

Here it is compared with the one from set
 
Set No: 41732 Name: Downtown Flower and Design Stores
* 		41732-1 (Inv) Downtown Flower and Design Stores
1976 Parts, 9 Minifigures, 2023
Sets: Friends

The new mold has an inner ring on the flower. Sorry for the poor images, I am
working with my camera phone. 32606 on the left, 4367 on the right.

It would seem it’ll be easier to use the small pin hole.  So: functional difference?!

Thanks for the comparison images. We would appreciate if you would submit a nice
one for the catalog, showing the numbers.

Because there's not funtional difference, design 4367 is added as alternate
item number.
