I live in Turkey and paypal payment is not available in Turkey. For this reason,
I cannot shop on your site. My orders are being canceled because I cannot pay.

You are nit being individually victimized. There are some stores based in Turkey
that you can buy from. Otherwise, you will need to influence your government
/ banking authority as they are the ones that refuse the financial licenses for
paypal.

I think there are 2 (sort of) organisations that might be involved, Bricklink
isn’t one of them.
So help needs to come from a different angle.
