| Hello
Please be gentle, I'm a new user! I had an account back in 2011 but it's
long-since timed out.
Just a quick question hopefully. I am working on building a model which uses
the 9244c01 universal joint, but this is not latching with rods. Any ideas what
to do?

Yes, a correction is in the pipeline. In the meantime, you can use the parts
90 and 91.
Also, the dedicated forum for Studio and PartDesigner is https://forum.bricklink.com/

If you have access to your account email you should have a zip file from bricklink
that was sent when the account timed out to use it and recover your old profile
