On a similar note I’m curious if I can remove a note I posted on feedback from
years ago
(I havnt found a way to do either)

Volontarily and on your own: You only have 30 days to remove a feedback.
Otherwise, you can still ask Help Desk.

I don’t like how it permanently affects your overall score. It affects sales
too, nobody is perfect but still.

Isn’t that the whole point? i.e To give buyers a good indication of the kind
of service they can expect from different sellers. Yes there is always the potential
for 1 or 2 negatives out of 5 to be left unjustly but the rest are probably justified
and overall still give a fair reflection of the kind of service/resolve that
can be expected from any given seller. Besides there is still the opportunity
to improve your 91% rating by ensuring a better ratio of your future transactions
go more smoothly whether that involves more attention to detail or showing more
willingness to resolve!
