I have a person who paid for an order.

We went to mark it packed and that worked.

We then went to ship it and it will not change to Shipped.

The shipped, recieved and completed are missing from the choices.

Tried everything to change it then contacted the help desk.

Then BL crashed and it is still unable to be marked as shipped (was shipped)

Hi,

That happened a few times to me too.
To solve this go to the order and click "paid" after you submitted it
you can then immediately choose 'packed', 'shipped' and 'completed'.
