| For some reason every time I try to log back into stud.io or partdesigner
it won't let me in. I type in my password like normal but it just says "failed
to sign in, please check your ID and password" I try over and over but just
keeps on failing (I have my password written next to my desk because its complex
and I can't ever remember the exact characters) I checked my password on
BL.com (which I was still logged into) and sure enough it was exactly what I
had been typing over and over. Has this ever happened to any of yall? How do
I fix it?

Hi, as already said in a previous thread, the dedicated forum for Studio and
PartDesigner is https://forum.bricklink.com/ (hover over the red Studio icon
on every page, then click “Studio Forum”).
Now, is your password longer than 15 characters?
What’s your operating system (Windows, macOS)? Its version?
Are there special characters / diacritics in your password? (There may be an
encoding problem.)
(BTW, there’s no use at all to connect in PartDesigner.)
