| Hi,
Read the help pages about sellers not responding, and it seems to be I have to
wait 7 days to report that on my order, fair enough.
But the help page seems to imply another 2 weeks before more action? Will I get
my money back or not? It was supposed to be for a present, and now my money is
tied up it seems.
Thanks for any help,
Lozza.

Hi,
1. If it’s already paid, it’s not an NRS, it’s an NSS.
2. The delay’s 7 days from the order. If you are saying you still have to wait
these 7 days, that would mean the order was today or yesterday. Is it so? If
it is, that’s a bit early to panic/act.
3. BrickLink won’t get you your money back. Contact the payment processor (PayPal,
Stripe, your bank…).
4. Before all that, is the store open or closed? Some stores are still closed
after the Nov 3-8 blackout. And if it’s still closed, there’s two possibilities:
1. the store is still in the help desk’s queue and they may not even know you
placed an order, 2. it was one of the stores that were compromised and you were
scammed (but then, you would have been contacted by BrickLink).

Hi Lozza,
7 days is the waiting period before you can file an NRS or an NSS. Once you have
filed a NRS or NSS, you have to wait 7 days to give your seller a chance to respond.
The seller should reach out to you and hopefully be able to work with you on
solving any problem.
IF at the end of this time the seller has not reached out to you OR the NRS /
NSS has not been resolved, you can go to your payment institute and file a claim
to get a full refund. You should also be able to finalize the NRS / NSS on Bricklink
at this time.
