I fully understand everything that happened, including how the new verification
was handled. But now I waited so long even though there was nothing wrong with
my account.
I didn't even receive a response to the last messages to support. Everything
has been uploaded and registered for over a week now, but the shop is still closed.
I can access the account.
How long will it take now? I also want to plan my time

Hi CE_Anastasia,
I have now gone through everything again, checked all the data. Access wasn't
the problem, maybe it was also misunderstood by me. The only problem I still
see, or what was present, is the completion of the verification in stage 3. By
the way, here was also the error due to a faulty document which was replaced.
Now everything is ok and just needs to be confirmed. Think the reopening of the
shop will happen in the near future, maybe shortly befor BF / BW is ending*'?
