| If I go to visit my store, there's a little box in the upper left that says
I won't ship to New Jersey (where I currently live). I'm not sure why
that says that, and I'm not sure how to turn that off.
Could someone point me in the correct direction? I've been looking for the
last hour and can't find it.

You need to add an onsite payment method (PayPal or Stripe) so BrickLink can
collect the sales tax they're required by law to collect
