A buyer has order a number of items and is awaiting invoice. I do not have one
of the items and want to remove it so I can send the correct invoice? What do
I do?

Hi, thanks for this. I've used that to remove the item but it is still showing
on the order and therefore the invoice? Do I have to wait for it to be removed?

Buyer needs to accept your request to remove the item, send him a message with
that URL for him to check it.
