I have just loaded all my spare parts in to the Brickstore program. It’s an awesome
inventory system but I can figure out how to automatically transfer it into my
“wanted lists” here on Bricklink.
Is it possible? (had a bit of a. Search through forums but no luck with an answer)

On BrickStore export to Bricklink Wanted List and go to this page and paste on
the XML tab:
