You can cancel your previous sales post and create a new one, but in your store
terms you still have your 13% fee which you apply on top of the overall purchase.
A 10ct piece in your store still costs 13ct. You're simply being deceptive!

and I still have the same question:
WOW 13%?? is that even allowed? Just curious, does bricklink still get their
commission % on store fees? I know shipping they do not. Curious if this is
some sort of fee avoidance scheme.

I only ever see store sellers outside the US with store fees. Is it against
the rules for US sellers to have store fees? We have paypal/credit card fees
to cover as well but I never see it in US based stores?

US-based stores can charge fees, but the fees have to be the same for all. PayPal's
TOS doesn't allow a store to charge a fee for PayPal specifically, but there
are places (not in the USA) where local law allows one to do this (the law takes
precedence over PayPal's TOS). I don't know about Canadian law, but the
OP seems to be charging the same fee for everyone.

That math is off. 10 + 13% = 11.3

Yes, you're correct. You got me there. But you didn't address the underlying
issue.
The fact remains that your 13% fee is deceptive. It's a very sneaky way of
luring in buyers with low prices, but you're still getting full price for
your pieces. You are offering your bricks for 11.5% less than what the buyer
eventually has to pay for them.
And as someone else has mentioned, since Bricklink only charges a fee on the
sales price and not on the additional fees, your 13% (that every buyer has to
pay) is a way of avoiding paying Bricklink what they're owed.
If you were to raise your prices by 13% and ditch the fee, then people will see
it as a legitimate business. But now you're running a despicable practice.
Shame on you!

I'm not sure it is worth trying to educate people about this. Sellers that
do it are doing it to both lower their fees and deceive buyers. It is simplest
to protect yourself, least favourite the store and you never have to deal with
them.
It also messes up the price guide a little, but hopefully this is minor.
