Did you copy the terms from another seller?
- A 20 % restocking fee will be charged, and the buyer will be responsible
for return shipping.
- Cancelled orders may get a refund minus a 3% PayPal fee.
If you don't refund the full amount, buyers are able to complain to PayPal.
Especially if you charge large restocking fees for a return, you might find items
"get damaged" in the post rather than returned for being unwanted.

thank you! we probably copied and modified but missed that part. I'm not
even sure how we would go about refunding partially.
