| Hi,
Do you have any experience how to sell only minifigures?
I'd like to sell only minifigures from set 10316 Rivendell.
I added them like incomplete set with a note that I'm selling only minifigures,
but admins delete the input with a reason: "Item is custom but not listed
as a custom item"
How is this a custom item?
And if it is and I'll listed as it is, buyers can't find it as a minifigures
from 10316 Rivendell set.
I asked admins - no response.
Any help, how to sell only minifigures from one set, but not to be separated
and not in "super lot", but as an incomplete set?

Hi Martina,
Start with PART OUT SET. Then delete all parts but the figs.
Eventually add a note like "new, in ziplock bag" or something.
Then hit the upload button !

Hi Martina,
Start with PART OUT SET. Then delete all parts but the figs.

Or select 'Exclude all items from upload by defaultl' and on the verification
page check the checkboxes of the Minifigures.
| | Eventually add a note like "new, in ziplock bag" or something.
Then hit the upload button !

I think it is only allowed to sell the minifigures as incomplete set if they
are not in the catalog, usually new releases for a short time. Else you need
to list them in their catalog entries one by one or as a super lot as you mention.
The other option is to list as a custom lot in your store.
Incomplete sets have to have a considerable amount of the set to be a reliable
listing I think.

Going along with that... When you think of a set, you dont think of the minifigs
as much as you think about the model you will build with the set. I would imagine
BrickLink admins look at sets that way also. Minifigs do not make the set a set,
the model does and it makes sense that BrickLink would delete listings of sets
that only contain figs as they are no longer sets or even incomplete sets,
they are now just minifigures. I think it would be like trying to list a set
under minifigure with the note that "This is for the model - no minifigures
included".

Why not sell them as individual listings for a better price for each minifig?
I'm just curious, most sellers get a decent price for individual minifig
listings, in general.
