| I haven't been able to ID this part from a bulk lot. It looks like a minifig
body, steering wheel and seat all in one 2x2x1 modified brick. The minifig body
is much smaller than normal and although a minifig head does fit on top, it then
looks bizarre because it's the wrong scale.
It's hollow underneath (see 2nd pic), which suggests it's vintage; plus
there were a couple of other vintage bricks with no tubes in the same lot, but
I believe those are pre-minifig era, so I'm not sure. The part has a good
fit/clutch on top of a brick/plate.
My search attempts returned nothing useful, but I expect there are people out
there who recognize this. Please help! Thanks.

| BTW, I will be selling it once I've got all my parts sorted and my store
open. So far, this is the only part that I think is useful/valuable that I can't
ID.
