A customer is receiving this error message when trying to put through an order.

"Order summary.
No shipping methods available.
I'm sorry, but the seller can't ship your order with any of the shipping
methods
available."

I have looked at my shipping methods. Nothing has been changed or looks unusual.

Has anyone else had this error and what was the solution?

Go to your store settings under the management tab:
https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/management.page

Scroll down to where it says Checkout and then check the box to
Use invoice when an order can not be placed with Instant Checkout.
Then, click Save changes.

P.S. You have items in your store that are missing weight and/or dimensions in
the BrickLink catalog and therefore are ineligible for instant checkout. To see
which items, go to your store inventory: https://www.bricklink.com/inventory.asp

On the right side of the page where it says Search My Store Inventory,
scroll down and check the box next to Instant Checkout Unavailable. Then,
click Go!

This will show you all of the items in your inventory that are missing weight
and/or dimensions in the BrickLink catalog. To add the missing information,
go to the add or change page: https://www.bricklink.com/catalogAdd.asp

Under Change Item, choose the appropriate item type, fill in the missing
information, and click Submit Request.

Thankyou so much for your help. I was able to update the weight for the parts
and stickers but not for the instruction booklets. Is there a trick to it.

Also how long does it take to update. I have noticed it has not updated straight
away. Does it need admin approval or something else?

Yeah, it needs to be approved by an admin. In the meantime, you can always add
custom weight and dimensions in your own store inventory. To do so, go to your
store settings under management and scroll down to where it says Store / Inventory
Options
, then check the box to Enable my weight and my packing dimensions
on each item for sale
. Then, go to your store inventory and add the weight
and dimensions.
