I currently have only sold sets and a few minifigures on Bricklink. I have a
Huge inventory of pieces I've acquired buying random sets/lots. Dumb question,
but I'm assuming I have to just manually add everything piece by piece into
my inventory, right? I've been putting this off due to the time it's
going to take hoping there is an easier way.

If they are still in sets then you can use 'part out' from the set page.
If random mixed up parts then you have to identify, sort and list manually.
