Hello -
I'm shipping for the first time to Puerto Rico using Pirate Ship. I filled
in the info for the customs form, but I don't see how to print it. All that
printed was the shipping label.

I checked Pirate Ship's FAQ, but the info wasn't clear. It says "For
packages under 1 pound, you may not be prompted to fill out a customs form for
the locations listed above."
Mine is 5 ounces and it did prompt to complete the form, but it didn't print.

If someone could give me some tips on sending to Puerto Rico using Pirate Ship,
I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!
Julie

Chat quoted the help section. Did a little more digging and no form is needed.
Thanks

As Puerto Rico is part of the US, then regular US mail rates apply. However,
keep in mind that Ground Advantage has been quoted at up to 26 days for
destinations outside of CONUS (the 48 states).

I know the rates are the same, but for some reason, I was thinking I needed to
complete a customs form. I think I was getting that mixed up with the APO packages
that need custom forms and also ship using regular US mail rates. It's been
awhile since I sent to either, had to dust off those cobwebs (Since I ditched
Endicia, I couldn't go back and look. BTW - ditching Endicia is one of the
smartest things I've done in awhile. I encourage folks to do so.)

USPS is telling me if I ship tomorrow, Expected Delivery Day is Wednesday. Fingers
crossed! I'll be keeping an eye on it.

Thanks!
