| Just found them in a supermarket, not seen them until now, don’t know why.
These are going to be a real problem in supermarket stores.
They seem to be in an outer display box like bagged minifigures with partitions
behind the first batch etc.
Nearly every minifigure box in the front section had been opened, some parts
spilling out, had to check quite a few before I found a sealed one.

I got a report of damaged pieces too. I have been too busy to scrutinize mine.
But a case of the old packets held pieces fairly securely. A case of those
boxes rattles pieces around like crazy.

I read replies from Lego on their website and they are determined to keep the
boxes as a way to reduce a carbon footprint. It seems ironic to me because they
deal in PLASTIC toys. And they have been spending billions on new facilities
around the world. This is one set of minifigs I will do without.

| I think those that stock these where the general public can access them ( supermarkets
) will lose a lot of money due to damaged open individual boxes.
The contents will be spilled into the outer box, mixed up, stolen or lost, they’ll
be reluctant to stock them in the future.
I’m all for this change in packaging but I don’t think it’s going to work commercially,
only where there is no direct access to items for sale, sold from behind a counter.
Sadly we are at the mercy of the dishonest, I’ve already seen posts suggesting
the best way to break into them and leave little evidence, the poster claiming
however that they wouldn’t do this, believe that if you will.

Seems some sellers have seen this too, I have seen so many new sealed sets with:
* Opened to identify figures then resealed (in same box)
* Opened to identify figures then resealed
* A small opening was done on each box to confirm its contents. Nothing was taken
out of it.
I've reported some. But there is just so many.
