| Hi,
I would like to know that, if a (domestic) store has status "suspended",
it can still process orders placed before this status change ... so in fact if
i can still get my pending orders delivered.
Specifically I have already paid for 2 orders, but no response yet from the seller
despite several reminder emails.
How long should I wait to raise an alert and/or ask for order cancellation/refunds
?
Best regards,
Edwin.

Yes, they should still be able to process the orders. Sometimes suspension is
for something quite minor and does not mean they aren't going to send orders.
Other times, I can be a more serious issue.

Agreed, but if the seller is not responding to your emails, you might want to
take some action. It doesn't necessarily mean they are a bad seller. Something
may have happened in their life.

I'm also assuming that you paid by PayPal for goods. You have 6 months to
file a claim if things go wrong.

Go ahead and raise the alert. Bricklink suspending a store keeps the store from
being able to make transactions on the platform, but nothing stops someone from
packing an order that has already been placed and paid for. The seller being
late and not responding to you is a likely indicator that their suspension is
because they have done the same to someone else who already raised the alert.
