| I now have the problem, 2 of my buyers want to cancel their orders.
One of them said the doesn't need the parts anymore. Due to EU regulations
I have to cancel, according to BL a buyer has to think about what he orders and
this is not a valid reason. This is a domestic order.
The other one is about a B2B order. The customer wants an invoice without VAT
but according to a law in Austria i can't do that.
I told him I will pay for the shipping, so it is a little bit cheaper for him.
He wants to cancel it anyways, so I told him ask something like this in advance
not after ordering. I would have had no problem if he asks in advance, I tell
him it is not possible and he is not even ordering. But to cancel a order after
placing it makes me mad and disappointed.
How do you handle something like this?
The domestic order is already paid by stripe, the other one is via IBAN

| Laws beat guidelines on bricklink and customer requests. I'd cancel both
orders.

| I have cancellation requests from time to time. I fulfill them all. It's
easier for me. The reasons for cancellation are sometimes weird. You will have
more stress if you stick to regulations in your first case. And an unsatisfied
customer.
