| I ordered 5 sets and 4 are missing critical pieces. The seller offered to give
me partial refund for missing pieces. But the sets are not complete with out
the missing pieces (and I couldn't find the missing pieces on bricklink).
When I ordered the description said Complete. Can I just send the order back
and ask for a full refund? One more thing, according to Bricklink's terms
complete means it comes with instructions. There were no instructions for any
of the sets.
Please tell me what my options are. I do not want to be stuck with incomplete
sets I just paid a lot of money for.

| if the seller sold sets marked as complete and they are missing things then you
should be able to return them. if the seller does not want to work with you,
you should be able to go through Paypal/your bank and get your money back that
way and return them

What pieces you could not find on bricklink?! I varely know any piece thatis
not available at all.

Can you send me the link where the bricklink terms say so?
Based on the definition a set is complete if it comes with all necessary pieces
needed to build the main and alternate models and so instruction is not needed.
The bricklonk denition for complete set specifically mention that box or instructions
is not needed.
| There were no instructions for any
of the sets.

The definitions for set conditions state New sets are only complete, if they
come with instructions.
Used sets may be complete if they don't have instructions, but the seller
must state in the description that the instructions are not present.

Which pieces were missing for which sets? Because for used sets, you don't
necessarily get what is in the inventory if the inventory has parts that are
not needed for the build. This can be especially confusing where parts come bagged
or on a sprue and some of those are in minifigures.
