They do have different PCC, but that might be due to being 4 years apart.
White is more prone to bleeding, see this new pink armour:

Right so I looked at the instructions for both sets that these bunnies come in
and one shows LBG eyes and the other white. Let's assume that wasn't
a misprint.
So here's a practical question. Let's say you pull one of these bunny
heads out of a lot of used LEGO... how would one tell which head they have found
if they both look exactly the same and there is no reference point?
