| Hi,
first time buyer on BrickLink, and first time poster. Apologies if the question's
dumb.
I received a decently big order from an affiliated shop this morning, and I'm
supposed to verify the parts included in it. Quite a daunting task (it's
close to 1K bricks), and I was looking into options.
If I click on "orders", I can see an image of what I ordered, but no
way to export the list to anything that I can then use (like a text file that
then I can open in Excel). Following the list on monitor by looking for specific
pieces and then scrolling down looks like a 4 hour job.
If I click on the "print" icon, I simply get a bigger image of the order.
Has anyone a suggestion on what the best way to verify this is?
Thanks in advance

Hi,
Like I do everytime, I spread the pieces out on my desk, I open the order on
Bricklink and check parts. I think it's the best way. And surely a more ecologic
way than printing 10 or more pages for your big order...

Hi,
For bigger orders, it's quite handy to print out the order as shown under
MyBL - PURCHASES - ORDER. I set the margin's to minimum and do a double
sided printout. Then everything is by default sorted by color and next by description.
So you can point the items one by one.
Best regards

Hi,
You can download you order in different formats here: https://www.bricklink.com/orderExcel.asp?orderType=placed
The link is at the bottom of your list of orders (https://www.bricklink.com/orderPlaced.asp

| Thank you so much!!!! Indeed, the Excel is what I wanted!!!! At that moment everything
becomes easier because I can go through each and every bag and have an on-screen
memory of the checked parts!
Thanks again!
