I recently sent an order and the shipping prices were billed much higher than
expected. I asked the seller about this and he said that it went over the lettermail
weight limit. I asked him to remove some pieces to make it lower and he said
I needed to edit the order. I couldn't find the button to edit the order
and asked him how to do it. He then said that he had done it and he didn't
know whether it was me or admin that needed to accept it. That was 2 days ago
and I've heard nothing more about it. Should I wait longer or is there something
else I need to do.

Instead of trying to edit the order, go to the Problem Centre page and Submit
a request to remove items from an order. (I believe that either the seller or
buyer can do this. Certainly the seller should know how to do this.) Then, the
other side should get an email requesting that you accept the request. It is
quick and easy. The order confirmation page will show that the order has been
updated and the parts removed.

Thanks, I checked my email and it was there. I wonder why it doesn't put
a message on the messages page.
