We have some orders where the status seems to have been automatically changed
to 'ready' during the night of sunday to Monday.
We never use that status, and these orders were in either 'paid' or 'packed'
status (awaiting local pickup).
At least one of those was an order with offsite payment made by interac e-transfer.
Any idea what causes this? Anyone else having this issue? Any idea how to avoid
this?
It also happaned about a month or two back and one of the orders that had its
status changed was an NPB, and we had to restart the NPB process, extending the
time items were tied up.
