| I have been waiting for over 5 weeks before order was shipped, after 7 weeks
it arrived, but it was missing a whole set and 2 parts (1/3th worth of total
order cost). Refuses to refund, asks a picture of the missing set (lol, how can
i) before willing to refund.
Will an NSS prevent him from giving me a bad review out of revenge? I have not
gave feedback yet on the order page either out of fear that he will do that.
Seller has more bad reviews, my fault for not checking feedback, i know!
I would like to keep my clean slate clean for as long as i can, this is why i
am kind of afraid to give a bad review.
In his messaging he has been aggressive and saying things like 'do what you
have to do'.
I guess he means an nss then? Idk. Help

If the NSS case has occurred and the seller has rated you negatively, you can
have that rating removed.

If the NSS case has occurred and the seller has rated you negatively, you can
have that rating removed.

Only if the NSS is completed tho unless I’m mistaken. The seller can get it removed
if they refund or send tracking to the help desk tho

Yep. I issued an NSS which was cancelled by BrickLink (without consulting me)
and the seller gave me a Negative (retaliatory), which BL didn't remove.

Not sure how you paid but if you used Paypal, you can open a case for an item
not received.

I wouldn't worry too much about getting a negative as a buyer. Feedback is
much more important for sellers, and a negative as a buyer won't affect your
seller rating.

Did you send him photos of what you received? If the set is missing, he should
believe it if it wasn't in your package. Did you document any damage to the
package before opening it?
I don't know how you paid but you should probably get it refunded somehow
if possible.
Whenever a set or items are missing in an order, it is important that you document
it properly, especially if there is damage to the packaging it came in, which
also has to be documented.
Hopefully he understands that something went wrong during the shipping of the
package and that items are missing, as you're telling him.
If you can't prove your case for the missing items, he has no idea what you
received.
