I haven't found it in every Pearl Gold parts here...
But as I don't know everything, it could be a LEGO part.

Does the pearl gold piece have LEGO stamped anywhere on it? If not it might not
be a LEGO element.

You should find some genuine pearl gold pieces to put beside it for a better
comparison.
