Seller Ships to My Country Store: SVBrickStore
Have a problem with an order regarding marking the order as "shipped"
On the 'Order recieved' page, I have the options to mark as "Pending/Processing/Ready/Packed"

How to process further from here?
The customer has paid off-site

Were any taxes/VAT collected for their order? If so you, you need to refund
them on the transaction you received and have them pay onsite via the PAY button
that they have with their order.

+1 and no there is no other workaround as if taxes are involved you are keeping
the tax money which is not legal
