| Hi
I received an order of 172 magnets listed as 'NEW' with no comments.
13 of them are intact.
The rest has corrosion and or rust on the crews.
The buyer new about it but did not mentionned that on the description.
Here is our exanges of email.
How should I proceed to this?
What are my issues ?

I see thet on all of the magnets i gett my self so its nothing i can do. I think

I finaly took the time to reply !
Here are pictures of the corroded and/or rusted magnets.
Only 13 of the entire lot is ok.
On your description, you did not mentionned the quality of the magnets.
From my point of view it is a lack of information.
I have to admit that I am very unpleased with this order.
What do you propose?

Those briks are new from factory and ben stored thu lego stoped to manurfaktur
this bricks in 2017..
But be free to sent ALL bricks back and i will refound you all exept shiping
cost via paypal no wories. Will refound when i get the pack and counted the bricks
to matsh your order.

| It looks like 'white rust', very common on galvanised steel. Even slightly
humid air can do that. They don't look too bad to me, especially as the screws
are hidden at the back of the magnets.

Looks like light oxidation, though not rust. For being stated as new, I too would
expect “new” and not compromised. A note at minimum would have helped, but to
be honest many would not have caught that as sellers. As a buyer, I’d hope for
a slight % refund. As a seller, I’d certainly offer a partial refund to hopefully
make the buyer happy si ce I missed the issue.
Good luck… worst case I’d say live with them as is… not bad, not terrible.

Unfortunatly sellers don't have the same specificity for what they sale.
I'm am personnaly very picky on my descriptions !!!
