Store Closed Seller Does Not Ship to My Country Store: AandJ's Bricks
Hello-
I have been trying to contact a seller since 8/21 regarding a duplicate payment
for parts. I had placed an order and paid for it. I reached out a couple of
days later , since the order wasn't shipped , and asked if I could add to
it. He told me he would open the order back up. I added the new items and paid
for the total of the new invoice (which included the original and new items)
in good faith as he told me he would refund if there was an overpayment. The
original invoice shows as cancelled in my paypal account but strangely it is
not in my bricklink history at all. All that shows in my history is the second
invoice.

This seller has always responded to my messages within a day or two. That said,
I do see some negative feedback , all of which relates to him not responding
to messages where there are problems.

I would appreciate some feedback from sellers! Thank you Tami

After sending the new invoice the invoice date is updated and the first invoice
is gone.
You probably didn't paid twice if the first invoice shows canceled in your
PayPal account.

Thank you for your reply. I did pay twice. There are 2 charges in my Paypal account.
One for the first invoice and 1 for the second invoice. There is no refund on
the first change. I went ahead and filed a claim. Paypal reached out to the
seller after reviewing the case with evidence of the 2 charges and he now has
10 days to reply.
