| So what to do?
The buyer did not have the apartment number on his shipping address.
Item was shipped on Aug/03, after me telling him on the 2nd I would be mailing
his parts the next day, and on Aug/04 he tells me the address is not complete.
It's now a month later and of course he did not get the parts so now what?
It's under $25.00, do I refund and hope I get the parts returned to me?

I'm pretty sure this is one of the few cases where sellers are not responsible
if I'm not mistaken (if i am someone will probably correct me shortly) for
the package if the buyer supplied an incorrect address. Funny enough i had the
same situation awhile back but the package was returned back to me after some
time (don't remember how long but i think it was over a month) and then i
reshipped it out to the updated address and it arrived fine

I had a similar situation but it was my mistake, package did come back to me
but I had refunded the buyer as it was my error.
