I have a notification in my store that says “drive thru of one order not sent”.
I don’t know what that means. I’m new to selling, the order is paid and shipped.
What does that mean?

it's a notification to your buyer that the order has been shipped

Yes, they should rename that. Not sure why it is called "Drive thru".

My foggy memory of 23 years ago tells me that the name for the feature
Thank You, Drive Thru!
Was a suggested feature/function that was added by Dan J
With the name inspired by what is typically said to customers at fast food take-out
windows, Thank You, Drive Thru!

Apparently, Dan J liked the bit of humor attached to the saying and happily named
the feature the same. Whether Beavis and Butthead had anything to do with it,
I cannot confirm.

"Drive thru" is BrickLink for "shipping notification". The term
is a bit dated. I guess at the time BrickLink was made, online shopping was still
relatively new, so the language of ecommerce wasn't totally standardized.

The whole process is archaic. You need to add the order number to get to the
drive through message. Why not add a button on the order to click drive thru.

So many things still are cumbersome on this website. But all they are focusing
on is making profit rather than make things easier for sellers. But that is not
unique to BL.

It only appears for orders with current status "Shipped". Is this the
case for any of your orders?
