I wanna this flag always ON when buying.

I can't remember if there's a general option to set it, can you help?

I don’t think there’s a way to do that.

The filters are reset every time you visit a store.

They are more “search options” than filters.

The only settings are here: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/user/settings/shopping.page
(Settings | My Shopping Settings, or the link “Item Display Settings” at the
bottom of every shop).
