| I am a novice seller. After the buyer paid, he no longer wanted it. I clicked
the refund button on the page and received a full refund. However, the order
status always showed paid and could not be changed. In this case, I would be
deducted a handling fee. what should I do?

If you've already fully refunded the buyer, you can't deduct any fees
from what the buyer paid you.
In order to cancel the order I believe you have to change the payment status
from Paid to Not Yet Paid, then you can go to this page and cancel the order:
