| Hello. I have an order where the buyer is stating the order is used because the
minifigures are assembled. That goes against bricklinks terms and the person
is just fishing for money back. I need help from administration to contact this
person or me to get this figured out. I guarantee if admin. goes through this
buyers messages he does this to every seller.

You can contact the Help Desk here: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/help/contact.page
or here: https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/ (you need to re-register with the
same address as on the main site)
The second site allows to follow your tickets (even if opened the other way).
(Note that the tickets are shown as “closed” as soon as they get an answer.
That doesn’t mean they are closed / dismissed / rejected / …. It’s just how
the UI works.)

New Minifigures - Minifigures are brand new, taken directly from new sets or
purchased as new in another form such as accessory packs or Pick A Brick and
have been handled only for sorting. Minifigures may be listed as new either assembled
or unassembled.

How can you guarantee this? As many sellers don't assemble new minifigures,
especially creasing the capes by applying them then putting them into storage.
