| I was not be able to change the order status of one of my order shown Paid but
I have already received but I was not be able to reach the seller by private
message or email for weeks and now that shop is shown closed. Does anyone know
how to make that status change so that I can complete from my side. Thank you

Sounds like taxes were involved and you paid offsite meaning the seller is keeping
tax money which let’s just say is not legal. You should contact you seller have
them send you a refund and also repay onsite. No there is no other workaround
|

Right, we don't know why the seller didn't mark it as "Shipped"
- I had one such order that I placed last year for a Christmas present: paid
onsite, the seller sent it, and I received it; but it was never marked as "Shipped"
so stayed "Paid" until it fell off.

The funny thing is I did read it fully twice before I responded I guess my brain
just read something completely different then was written. To be fair I was frying
rice which I burnt while it was still cold

Hi,
As a buyer, you can’t change the status if the seller hasn’t set it to “shipped.”
You can contact the Help Desk here: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/help/contact.page
or here: https://helpdesk.bricklink.com/Main/ (you need to re-register with the
same address as on the main site)
The second site allows to follow your tickets (even if opened the other way).
(Note that the tickets are shown as “closed” as soon as they get an answer.
That doesn’t mean they are closed / dismissed / rejected / …. It’s just how
the UI works *roll-eyes*)
