Wanna pick people’s brains regarding identifying numbers on the Batman cowls
minifigure piece…

I have some that don’t appear to have a number and some that do.

Is that right, are they genuine?

not all lego parts have a part number or the lego logo but if it has a c with
a circle somewhere (not all parts have even that) or if it has the word LEGO
then its real. in headgear parts these can be difficult to see at times as they
often hide is the ounter rim on the inside of the headgear
