Bricklink's systems may have messed up on a buyer from my store. I received
the following message from them:

"Zachary, I placed an following order for a total of $54.12 and Paypal confirmed
it was
placed, the bill also shows up on my VISA account, but it is not listed in my
Bricklink orders. Bricklink gave me the following note (even though Paypal says
it was paid);

Bricklink order cancellation

Your payment was not processed.
Invalid status
We detected inconsistent status. Could be a result of concurrent or duplicated
access. Please check your order or payment status and try it again.
Order is cancelled.

I don't want to redo the order as paypal will charge me a second time. Can
you
check your account to see if you were paid? If you were paid, will you send
me the items I ordered."

I received no emails like I usually do from Bricklink or PayPal, and sure
enough, it went through. I see the transaction in my PayPal account with partner
fees but no orders for it in my store. It also looks like the parts are still
in my inventory.

I'm hesitant about sending the parts. I'll probably refund them instead,
but I wanted to bring this up regardless.

If this happened to me, I would refund the buyer, ask them to place the order
again, and open a help desk ticket with all of the data I could glean from PayPal.
e.g. the Transaction ID, Invoice ID, which should start with BLLIVE_INVOICE_,
and the Custom tag, which should have end in the same number as the invoice ID.

I might also ask BL to refund any fees you are out due to PayPal not returning
fees, or at least a credit on your seller account for said fees.

Good luck.
