It seems that the difference between two of the set numbers is the inclusion
of the gender neutral child (with hat) or girl (yellow hair) in the image on
the box. I could try to guess that the third set number includes the boy with
brown hair in the image, but that's only a guess.
The instructions in my 6435196 set is gender neutral as includes the build with
hat and shows that the two hairs as alternate builds. I therefore include the
build with the hat as the minifigure in the inventory.
