Good day to you reader. I post this in a request for help from the community
to help me with a case I've been battling with a seller and the situation
I am currently in.

I will try to present my case shortly:

I made and order from bricklink with a seller, for which later I did a transaction.
The transaction did not reach the seller immediately and the seller decided to
issue me a NPB and further to that, accused me for committing fraud. I reached
to my bank and asked if something is wrong with the transaction, for which my
bank in continuous interaction that the transaction indeed left later than expected,
but that the sellers bank returned it.

The problem is, that the seller decided to leave me a negative feedback
with vulgar and false information in my profile, furthermore.. The seller
blocked me to stop any communication on the platform, for me to even ask for
it's removal. I was instantly in touch with support team, but they only said
that there is a different tool for feedback removal request, even tho I send
them all the receipts and chat messages from my bank to prove my case.

As soon as support team told me that there is a different page for feedback removal,
I filed the request, but my request was denied, without any further information
or communication bridging back to me.

This case is very unfortunate for me as a new user on the platform and I have
had zero problems with my other transactions. I kindly ask anyone who knows how
can I resolve this case to help me.

You never sent me any money. You tried to get the goods without payment.

the bank returns the money if there is an error in IBAN or recipient names

First of all it is quite amusing how you blocked me on the personal messages.
but still you are commenting on the threads that I'm posting, asking questions
and engaging in interaction(which was blocked by you in the first place). Second
on all: Read the thread carefully, I stated and in fact have the evidence that
the transfer was made and returned, while on the other hand you never gave any
evidence of why the receipt is fake. Please do keep in touch with me and remove
me from your stop list, if you really want to resolve this case professionally,
we can be in touch with your bank and both of the receipts have archive numbers
to prove their validity.

To me as an outsider it seems what might have happend:
Some transactions with iban are not instant: when the bank's are located
in different country's it might take upto 3 business days.

When there was a small error in the account name or number banks nowadays
will cancel the transaction; because this happens sometimes between the transaction:

one may shortly see it as amount paid (while the canceld amount is floating up
to 3 business days somewhere between banks; probarly being invested sometimes
to flip some money for the bank).

Whilst the other one on the receiver end will see no money being paid;

To the information that is provided here it looks like an instant checkout order;
I would assume bricklink wont give this order through to the seller if the checkout
was not completed. Because bricklink cant see any further then the completing
the paid form; it cant ; wont and also should not know if a payment is cancelled
for any reason..

Honestly though it seems to me you both should retry to settle this privatly
again.

transfer did happen and called my bank about it for multiple times. The problem
mainly consists of the evidence that seller did not present to accuse me of fraud
and the written verbal feedback that does not have any evidence behind it. I
truly hope this case can be managed privately, but we will see how the seller
will respond.

I was thinking a little bit on this yesterday:
As someone neutral in this to me the best way out of this mess for both of you,
Seems to accept what was said is said and what is done is done..

After that the best option looks like it would be most fair if;

-buyer removes feedback / wont post feedback
-seller removes feedback
-seller and buyer seperatly email bricklink explaining the npb and maby if applied
nss situation and the removal request of it; idealy with email confirmation of
the mutal agreement about it.

After you guys can come so thus far the two outcomes i see:

-either both of you can agree to totally retry this order since everything could
be sorted altough emotions came to play you did eventually settled and reset.

Or worst case:

Both can continue clean and agree to not cross paths anymore.


I would say both outcomes are neutral and most fair for both..

Reply to the NPB presenting Bricklink with the proof you paid, and the NPB will
be removed.

If the seller was abusive in communication to you, report that to Bricklink Help
Desk.

If the payment is returned to you, you have to make the payment again until it
has arrived at the seller.
Problem solved:
At that moment Seller can remove the NPB and ship the order. As soon the package
arrives you can give positive feedback.
