| Within the last month or so, every sale has the buyer requesting insurance. The
sale comes thru final and i cannot go back and charge them the insurance cost.
Is there a way to turn that off or adjust something in the shipping modals?
Thank you...

| If they are requesting insurance thru bricklink that means you have this enabled
on your shipping option. Just enter in the insurance cost here and you should
be good to go

Hello,
It sounds like you have insurance enabled by default. To change that, go to your
shipping settings: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/mystore/shipping.page
Then, click on the name of the shipping method you want to edit and scroll down
to where it says Insurance & Additional Charges.
There are three ways I can think of to fix the problem you're having:
1. Remove the insurance option entirely. To do so, click the X in the circle
in the top right-hand corner. If you don't see it already, move your cursor
to the place where it should be and it will appear.
2. Change Insure orders from By default to By request.
3. Add an Insurance fee.
Hope that helps.

I looked at that, but the USPS first class does not have that option. I think
that i will remove insurance from it.
