Hello!

With many people going on vacation, are any of you giving buyers a bit longer
to pay? I would hate to file on someone who forgot that they ordered and left
for vacation.

Parcels are more likely to be returned if the buyer is away on vacation.

Going on vacation is not an excuse for not paying but if you want to extend the
time you wait, then that is fine.

Thank you! I’m giving it a few more days. I was just wondering if others sellers
do that too.

I feel the package is more likely to be victim of a porch pirate in the US, I
don't think USPS cares if you're on vacation or not, they will just leave
it at the mailbox.

I will usually give someone 3 days to pay and then send the invoice a second
time, finally at 7 days I start the NPB process.

You can have your mail held while on vacation. I'm not sure how the USPS
would handle large packages.

Unfortunately I think I’m going to have to start the NPB process.

Never fun, but it does help the community.
