I received an order for an item that had already sold nearly two weeks ago. I
can't seem to figure out where to see all list of all the items that have
sold. It's possible that I may have accidentally list two for sale when I
actually only had one, but I'm almost certain that didn't happen. Anyone
experience this?

To be sure of what happened, and if that really happened, you've got to save
your Inventory from time to time, as a different dated file.

Either:
https://www.bricklink.com/invExcel.asp
But then you'll need to cope with Notepad++ and some XML weird things (but
clear).

Or use BrickStore, free and open source, far easier:
https://www.brickstore.dev/
Download your shop inventory, save it locally in a specific folder using a date
system.

Then you can be sure, otherwise... memory...

The short answer is: No, errors from the BrickLink side are not a common occurrence.

However, it's very common for new sellers to make errors when listing inventory.
Double-check everything, save back-ups, do a full store inventory frequently
until you don't find any more errors. Also, turn on the feature to see the
quantity remaining on the Order Detail page.

Good luck,
~Jen

You have had seven orders. You have already sent the wrong parcels to the wrong
buyers and made one sale for an item you don't have. That is 3 orders messed
up from 7. I'd close up, do an inventory check and slow down and take time
to learn what you are doing once you open again. Check after you are adding inventory
that you are not double adding it. Check orders before sending them. If you get
negative or neutral feedback for these errors it will be on your record permanently.
