| Hi all,
I had an order which unfortunately did not arrive, so I am trying to give the
buyer a full refund.
However, every time I try submit the refund to the buyer, I get the error
"Could not process the refund due to PayPal payment processing error. Please
try again later."
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

| This happened to me last week. I had to call PayPal. They had to reconnect a
backup account and I was able to transact again.
In Technical Issues, musen2100 writes:

Do you have enough money in your paypal account to complete the refund?

Do you have enough money in your paypal account to complete the refund?

I'm pretty sure PayPal would display an error stating that if that was the
issue.

That is the error I get when I don't have the available funds to make the
refund.
