| I may have seen the same items, store having a sale if I remember correctly.
This put me off buying as I interpreted it as possibly assembled before but like
new in appearance and being sold as new.
Didn’t want to take the chance.

| I know the rules state that we are not allowed to use the words “like new” in
listings, but why would a seller list MINIFIgs as New, then in the comments write
“Like New”? To be honest, I asked them directly and they said the figs were
new. But some MINIFIgs in the store say New without the “like new” comment.
It seems sketchy. I sent a message to them that as a buyer, it is confusing
because “like new” does not mean “new.” I said they could write Brand New if
they needed a comment. They said they would consider my comment. They haven’t
changed the comments as of today.

| The seller is likely listing used figures as new and trying to cover his bases
with a "like new" comment. Report the listings and they'll get removed.
I'd block the seller as well since he is probably one of the many, many
sellers on Bricklink who list used figures as new.

| You can do both from the 'my activity' link.
"favorite stores"
and
"members on my stop list"

When I see a seller listing a New minifigure as "like new" I generally
assume that they were put together and used for display.
