| Hi,
I try to report spammers as fast as I see them, but is it really useful ?
I already reported 5 or 6 of them today...
Something must be done here !

I don't think this is needed.
Simply report the forum Post, and I guess admins will kill the account - or not
(I'm not sure) as they probably use one new account for every post?

I don't think this is needed.
Simply report the forum Post, and I guess admins will kill the account - or not
(I'm not sure) as they probably use one new account for every post?

If you report the post, mods get the report immediately, and we cancel the post
and ban the “member” from the forum.
Admins will then unregister and anonymize the “member” later.
If you report the “member,” mods don’t see it, only the Help desk admins do.

It's more efficient (and simpler) to report the post than to report the member?

I can delete messages, and block users from posting. I cannot change or delete
accounts. That is done by higher ups .

It’s extremely useful to us and much appreciated
I have 3 different devices that ping as soon as an alert comes in so I usually
cancel the ones I see as quick as I can.

This kind of spam is not exclusive to us, unfortunately most websites I am and
have been a member of in the past have suffered from the same problem.
Like others have said, just keep reporting them if you see them, we do appreciate
it

How to exclude spammer? Easy! Simply add the following users to your ignore list:

How to exclude spammer? Easy! Simply add the following users to your ignore list:

USA, North Carolina
United Kingdom, England
Canada, Ontario
